What was the last healthy thing you did for yourself?


2013:
I ran a mile on like Sunday. I was going to do this whole “a mile a day” thing… I got through a day of it! HA! I hadn’t ran in such a long time, so it was pretty unrealistic to just up and run a mile a day without warming up to it. I definitlry want to run more, because not only does it make me look good, it makes me feel better! Even though I complain and whine about working out, I love the way it makes me feel!

Today I did a little retail therapy, and by little I mean a lot! I pretty much wiped out my whole closet because majority of that stuff I didn’t wear anymore, if I had at all. I got several tops and a few skirts! I mainly went because of my interview Monday, good excuse huh?
